Key phrases: These are some specific keywords which you can add in the first bar of SEO plugin under your page or post. For Instance, if you are writing a blog or an article on any topic of Physics such as: Energy, or Liquids, you can put the key word “What is Energy?”, “How to define energy”, “Learn about energy” etc.., for liquids “What are Liquids?”, “Learn More about Liquids”, “Short Introduction to Liquids” etc…

There is a limit for the key words if we are not using a pro version of Yoast SEO. The limit is only about one key word at a time. See Below The Focus Key Phrase Bar:

SEO Title and Slug: Title is the main blue link appearing on Search Engines after a user is searching about a particular topic. Let’s Take the Example of Digital Learning: The New Era. See Below:

The Blue Link is known as the title, while the slug is the text with the dashes beside the website Name.

In the next image you can see where to write the Title and Slug.

Meta Description: This is a short description which contains round about ≈155-160 characters. It is recommended to put the focus key phrase in the Meta description too, to make it more powerful for the reader. It can also contain Variables if necessary. Variables can be defined as the Separator, Site Title, and Title (Article), Primary Category etc… It will make the reader understand somehow more about the talking going on in this particular article. Look at the image below to understand about Meta Description:

Premium SEO Analysis: This part of SEO plugin will let you know the Good Results, Improvements and The Problems. So we can make more improvements by looking at the points given in the Readability Analysis Bar.

SEO is the abbreviation of “Search Engine Optimization”. It is required to optimize our website in the ranking of Search Engines. There are a lot of search engines with different AI (Artificial Intelligence), some of their names are mentioned below:

  • Google (The most High Ranked Search Engine with the Strongest AI)
  • Bing
  • Yahoo
  • Baidu
  • Yandex

Each of them has their own AI and strength of AI. Google is the most popular Search Engine among all. Search Engines ranks our website based on the clicks, visits, comments, span of time, content, Social Shares etc…

Clicks: It means we should get the clicks on the links of our website, links of our channel, blog posts, Internal Links, Outbound Links etc…

Visits, Span of Time: This tells us that there must be a lot of visitors for our Website, so we can get high ranking. Visitors are not only enough to come on our website, but they should also spend the time on our page, post, video etc… Our website must be containing the things to encourage people to visit it day and Night. This will improve our Rankings in Search Engines.

Comments: Visitors must give a positive a comment and ask questions if they want to. The more the positive comments the more it will effect. Positive comments will come when we will have a helpful content on our Website.

Content: Filling our website with helpful contents is SEO requirement. We require a high ranking so we need an interesting, attractive, interactive, encouraging, motivating content on our page. No matter either that is Website or our Blogs. We can also have some advertising when the visitors are increasing.

Social Shares: We must have an option for our visitors to share our content on different Social Media pages. This is also a way to increase our visitors and make our ranking high in Search Engines.

Lock and Key

Enzymes are the Biological Catalyst that speed up the reaction and reduces the “Activation Energy”. We have many types of enzymes in our body. Some are working with Starch and some with Proteins. Enzymes ensure that the rates of Metabolic Reactions are great enough to sustain life. Enzymes are very helpful in making the work easier and doing the work in less time with less efforts.

Activation Energy: It is the energy that a reactant requires to start a reaction.

Properties of Enzymes:

  1. Lower Down the Activation Energy.
  2. Enzymes are made up of Protein.
  3. Enzymes control the reaction.
  4. Enzymes are required in small quantity and can be used again and again.
  5. Enzymes are highly specific.
  6. Enzymes have its own optimum temperature and pH.

Factors of Enzymes:

  1. Temperature
  2. pH

Catalyst: A substance that increases the rate of a reaction.

Difference between Catalyst and Enzyme:

Active Site: This is the place in Enzyme where the substrate binds with the enzyme. Each enzyme has its own Substrate. Substance which is present at the begining of the reaction is called Substrate. The substance which is made by the reaction is called The Product. This Active Site can further be identified By a Theory called “Lock and Key Machanism”.

Lock and Key Machanism: It tells us about the enzymes active site. This theory states that As every lock has its own Key so every Enzyme has its own substrate. For Instance, The enzyme working with protein is called Protease. Protease Enzyme is a lock and its substrate which it works with is Protien.

Same is for other Enzymes, Amylase works with starch, Carbohydrase works with Carbohydrates etc…

Active site and Lock n Key Model

Naming Enzymes: There was a big clash between scientists at the time of Discovery of Enzymes. A group of scientists had a opinion to name the Enzyme same as the Name of Scientists. After the discoveries of many Enzymes Scientist thought to change their name with the name of the Substrate and add “ASE” at the last as each scientist discoverd a lot of enzymes.

Examples of Naming Enzymes:

  1. Protease working on Protein.
  2. Amylase working on Starch.
  3. Carbohydrase working on Carbohydrates.

CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) is an art folder where we can put our design requirements, either changing a a text color or a background color of the Webpage. CSS is a vast style sheet where you can change a Basic Webpage into a Professional. This style sheet is usually used with HTML. We can do alot of designing with it if we know using it and the tools in CSS.

CSS can make your website look better day-by-day. Every website contains a lot of CSS in it. However, a simple page like Google Home Page has alot of CSS involved. CSS is not just used to give the colors or change the alignment, but we can make animated objects by using CSS.

CSS has its own syntax and a way to be written. We can use tags those are defined in HTML, or we can define the classes or IDs between the tag. <Style>tag is used for CSS coding if we want to code it in the HTML file. Else, we can create a file with the extension of .css and continue.

Under the style tag or in CSS file, a class is denoted with “.” e.g. .home(class) and ID is denoted with “#” e.g. #btn(ID).

CSS Syntax

<style>

.home{

background-color:red;

font-family: Roboto;

text-align: right;

}

</style>

HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) is a coding language through which we can design a frontend webpage. All the required things on the Webpage can be designed by using this language. HTML is always written in a file whose extension is .html, e.g. index.html. Usually, the first coding file of html is named as “index.html” . HTML code is written in a Text Editor (Softwares to write a code in them). We have pre-installed software in our PC’s which can be used to write HTML code, i.e. Notepad. If you want to write the code in Notepad, Change .txt file to .html extension.

HTML code can be written in any Text Editor. Some Text Editors are mentioned below:

  • Visual Studio Code (VS Code)
  • Sublime Text
  • Notepad++
  • Notepad
  • Pycharm (actually made for python coding)

Some text editors are built up for a different Programming Languages, but they let us write HTML code in them. A Funfact is that we can also write our HTML Code in the file with .php extension.

HTML Code is written between the “Tags”. Tags can be shortly known as The characters that make up a Web page’s formatted command. We have mainly two types of tags. 1.Opening Tag 2. Closing Tag. Every single thing you want to design will be coded between the opening tags and closing tag. Differnce b/w opening and closing tags can be seen in the example below. For Instance, If you want to centralize your text you have to write the text as below:

<center> I want to Centralize this text </center>

Opening Tag Syntax:

Less than sign > then put the command > greater than sign.

Closing Tag Syntax:

Less than sign > then put a slash (/) sign > put the command > greater than sign.

Nucleus is one of the main parts of cell and can be known as “Life of Cell”. This is a Cell Organelle which can be found in Animal Cell as well as in Plant Cell. We can see Nucleus at the Center of the Animal Cell. We can also give it a name: “Factory of Protein”. It contains further things in it but currently, we will talk about two main parts of Nucleus.

Nucleus two main parts are:

  • Nucleolus: It contains Ribosomes in it. In Ribosomes there is a process done which is called Proteinsynthesis”. Formation of Protien is done in Ribosomes.
  • Chromosomes: Chromosomes contain DNA in them. DNA are the “Gentic Information” of the cells.

Nucleus contain many other things in it as well, but these were some main organlles which are found in the Nucleus.

You can see DNA and Nucleus.

K.M.T (Kinetic Molecular Theory) of Liquids: This theory is given by a scientist known as Bernoulli. This theory states about liquids.

Liquids have:

  • Definite Volume
  • No definite shape
  • Intramolecular attraction

Types of Kinetic Energy:

Transitional K.E:

  • Transitional Kinetic Energy K.E.
  • Rotational Kinetic Energy K.E.
  • Vibrational Kinetic Energy K.E.

This type of kinetic energy is mainly in Gas and Liquid molecules as they have a lot of space between them. They can easily move back and forward.

Rotational K.E:

This type of kinetic energy is also seen in Gas and Liquid molecules, these molecules can get into any shape and can rotate as well.

Vibrational K.E: As we know Solid molecules are tightly packed and can only vibrate, that’s why we cannot find Transitional and Rotational Kinetic Energy K.E in solids. Molecules of solid particles have less Intramolecular force so they can only vibrate.

Remember the thing written in the image: “Water is the only element which comes in all states of matter”. E.g. of water in solid form: ‘Ice’, water in liquid form: ‘Water’ & water in gas form: ‘water vapor or hydrogen gas’.

Anything which is used as a standard for a measurement of any quantity is called Unit.

System Internation Units (SI) is the standard system which is used all over the world to measure units.

Units of Some Elements includes the following:

Length: Length is a term to identify the size of an object or distance from 1 point to another point. The SI Unit of Length is m (meter).

Mass: Mass is the quantity of matter in a body, it can be a human body, animal body or anythings body. We measure Mass in Grams (g) or Kilo Grams (kg), 1 kilo gram = 1000 grams Kilo Means Thousand.

Time: In physics, time is always measured in seconds (s). We can count seconds very roughly, without a watch, by saying at a steady rate: ONE Thousand, TWO Thousand and THREE Thousand etc…

The Other units are based on these Four units: Meter (m), Gram (g) or Kilo Gram (kg) and Second (s).

What is Dialysis?

Dialysis process occur when the kidneys got damaged or destroyed. In this process the dirty blood from the patient’s body releases and get filtered, after getting filtered it again goes back to the body.

How Dialysis is done?

  • Dialysis is done through a machine known as Dialyzer. The process takes approximately 5 hours, and patient must take this process 2 to 3 times in a week.
  • In the patient hand the Cather is injected and the wire is connected with the machine.
  • The machine has a filter known as Dialysis Membrane, and it has a particular place where all the Dialysis Fluid is stored.
  • The toxic or dirty blood starts coming through the pipe and goes to the machine.
  • It passes through the Dialysis Membrane where all the blood is filtered and cleaned. The waste material goes to the portion of Dialysis Fluid.
  • Dialysis Fluid contains Salt in it.
  • Now when the blood is filtered and cleaned it will go again to the body.

Note: Dialysis Process is only for those, who have their kidney damaged or out of order.
