Movement Of Molecules from a Higher Concentration to a lower concentration is called diffusion.
Both Solute and Solvent can move.

Types of Diffusion:
Diffusion mainly exists in the two types below:
Diffusion in Gas: If we spray an air freshener at any point in our room, the fragrance of that air freshener will be noticed in the entire room.
Diffusions in Liquid: Imagine a container filled with water. If we place some Ink drops in the water, the whole water in the container will be of ink color.
Examples of Diffusions:
- The fragrance of perfume is one of the best examples of diffusion.
- When we dip a tea bag into hot water, all the tea diffuses into the water.
- Some small dust particles or smoke particles diffuse in the air and cause pollution.
