Instructor Obligations

Being an instructor, you are accountable for all content posted by you, such as lectures, quizzes, assignments, assessments, practice tests, labs, coding exercises, resources, announcements, answers and course landing page content.

You guarantee that:

1. you will present and maintain precise account information;
2. you are legally entitled (in possession of the required rights, licenses, permissions, authority and consents) to authorize BillimBase to utilize your uploaded content in accordance with the Terms of Use as well as these terms;
3. the content you’ve submitted will not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party;
4. you possess the necessary knowledge, qualification, training and expertise required to instruct the particular course offered by you via your uploaded content;
5. the content and services you offer will be compatible in standards with your industry and instruction services as a whole;

You guarantee that you will not:

1. share or upload information or content that is indecent, offensive, inappropriate, hateful, racist, defamatory, invalid, erroneous, misogynist, obscene, libellous, slanderous or abusive;
2. partake in any activity due to which we’d be obliged to submit royalty payments or acquire licenses from a third party, like having to pay royalties for the presentation of an audio recording or a musical piece;
3. utilize our Services to upload or share any unauthorized or unwanted spam, junk, advertising or promotional data with the general public or with a specific user;
4. evade, bypass or embed the Services, for example embedding a free edition of a course;
5. utilize our services for any business apart from delivering educational content and services to the users;
6. obtain unauthorized access to any other user’s account or impersonate any other user;
7. cause interference or obstruction to the content or services being offered by another instructor;
8. misuse or exploit any of our resources or services;
