While uploading and submitting content to be published on BillimBase, you will have to set a standard price for your uploaded content from a series of price levels. On the other hand, you may opt for presenting it free of charge. If you are registered with BillimBase as a premium instructor, you will have the chance of engaging in our promotional programs as well.
When you decide to engage in a promotional program, your uploaded content will be presented on BillimBase at a reduced price. On the contrary, if you decide not to engage in any promotional program, your uploaded content will be presented on our web or mobile platform either at the standard price or its nearest counterpart on that particular platform.
The cost of content purchased through our mobile platform will be determined by the cost structure of the relevant mobile application platform provider, and BillimBase will select the cost level nearest to the appropriate price (promotional program price or standard price). Since mobile application platform providers enforce their own currency conversion charges, converted costs on our mobile platform may differ from those on our web platform.
You authorize BillimBase to dispense your uploaded content to our collaborators, our staff, and when required, to reinstate access to those student’s accounts who at some point in time had bought your uploaded content. You apprehend and agree that you will neither request nor be given any reimbursement in the light of such events.
If you make a purchase from a country which implements taxes such as national, local sales, VAT (value added taxes), state, use taxes, or any sort of transactional tax, bound by applicable law, BillimBase will collect those taxes from you and pay them to the relevant tax authorities. The cost of such content shall be increased, on our volition, if and when we believe these taxes are expected. For payments via our mobile applications, applied transactional taxes shall be collected by the mobile platform providers, like Google Play, App Store etc.
To facilitate its instructors, BillimBase offers several promotional programs. Through these programs, instructors can augment the income generated by their content published on BillimBase, by figuring out the most favourable price at which to present their uploaded content to the students on our platform.
Engaging in the promotional programs does not require you to pay beforehand, and if at any moment you feel like altering your engagement status, you are allowed to do so, although your alterations will have no impact on ongoing drives and some specific promotional programs might require the fulfilment of further conditions to be discontinued.
You recognize and concur that students on BillimBase are entitled to refunds, as briefed in our ‘Terms of Use’. You, as an instructor will not obtain any income from a purchase in which the student’s refund request has been approved by BillimBase.
