You also grant us the right to sublicense your content, either directly to the students or via third parties like distributors, deal websites, resellers, paid advertising on third-party websites and affiliate websites.
You can remove a specific part or all of your uploaded content from the Services, at any given point in time, except as otherwise decided. Unless otherwise agreed, BillimBase’s right to sublicense the rights mentioned in this section will be revoked in regards to new users 60 days following the uploaded content’s deletion. Nevertheless, the rights granted to students prior to the content’s deletion will continue according to license’s terms (along with any rights of lifetime access), and BillimBase’s right of utilizing uploaded content for the purpose of marketing shall stay intact.

You permit BillimBase to utilize information such as your name, image, voice and likeness in order to demonstrate, promote, market, sell and deliver our content, your content or our Services. You renounce all rights of privacy, publicity, or any additional rights of the same essence, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
